picnic recipes

>Does anyone have any good recipes good to bring to a picnic get

>mexi-bean salads with a lot of oil!!

The stodgy salads at picnics are a must, so here's a few that stick to the
ribs but are healthy too:
PASTA SALAD
1 cup cooked pasta
1 cup cooked broccoli
1/4 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup chopped celery
oil free italian or honey mustard dressing
Cook broccoli and pasta separately. Rinse under cold water to stop cooking
process and cool. Toss with remaining ingredients and chill.

POTATO SALAD serves 6
2 cups potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red onion, sliced into rings
opt: chopped hard boiled egg whites
2 tbsp. chopped pickles
Dressings:
a blend of pickle juice, ff mayo, and worchestershire sauce
OR
1/3 cup ff Italian dressing with a small blob of mustard
When spuds are cool, blend the ingredients and chill. Sprinkle with
paprika, or S and P before serving.

Oh! I would like to mention that I tried the following recipes:
Nutritional yeast cheese sauce
curried chick peas
super Daddy bars (I believe from some time ago)
Thank you very much for these. All were absolutely delicious!
