Lasagna and Weight Watchers


I followed a recipe from Veg Times for lasagna in which you did not cook
the noodles first.  It said to use four cups of sauce, and the noodles
would cook while baking.  I used more than four cups, but the noodles where
still a little tough, and the whole thing was dry.  I covered the thing w/
tin foil like it said - does anyone know what went wrong?  It was edible,
and good, but dry.

Weight Watchers:

I am joining tonight w/ my sister.  I have about 15lbs. to lose, which
everyone knows the last few lbs. you have to lose are the hardest, and I
figure if I am paying for something I'll stick to it.  Anyhoo, are there
any vegetarians out there who are doing WW?  I was looking thru the stuff,
and I didn't see much in the way of vegetarianism.  I eat cheese and tofu
but no eggs.
