This is recipe for Tofu Kebabs.

1 packet low fat extra firm Tofu.
8 oz. of Mushrooms.
1/2 red onion cut into thick slices.
1 green bell pepper

              For the marinate
Tandoori Masala (This can be bought at any indian store)
2 tablespoon of ginger paste. (Can be made fresh or can be bought from Indian grocery)
1 teaspoon of garlic paste.
2 tablespoon of corn starch
5-6 tablespoon of non-fat yogurt.
Cut the tofu in 1 inch squares. Wash and peel mushrooms. cut their stem off. Cut the bell pepper in one inch squares.

Mix all the ingredients of the marinate. Coat this marinate on the vegetables and the tofu. Leave it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Thread is on the kebabs and bake for 15-20 mins turning it to cook well. you can also use for indoor and outdoor grills.
