Protein and Iron

Hi all!

Just a note to let you all know that too much protein in your diet will
promote osteoporosis.  Humans eat too much protein as it is.  We really
have no need to supplement.  You can eat nothing but potatoes and still get
plenty of protein.

Same with iron.  Most people an iron overload.  I can't remember exactly
what Dr. McDougall says about this, but we don't need to supplement unless
you're a menstruating woman.  In fact, too much iron can cause problems.
