I've tried them and I really enjoyed them - no they don't taste exactly
like pork sausages. I found them a little sweet tasting. I sauteed them
with potatoes and onions and they brown really nicely in a hot pan. I
think they could be used in soups and stews just as easily - maybe even
pasta sauce. Anyway - I guess we should experiment.
