Re: Kitchen Aid versus bread machine

I've been using my Kitchen Aid mixer (which I inherited from an uncle) for
bread for more than a year now with no problems.  I've kneaded whole grain
doughs that used around 6 cups of flour for up to 10 minutes--I never set
it higher than 2. I really like it.
