To all,

Please be aware that this is the Fatfree VEGETARIAN Mailing List. Several
people of late have posted nonvegetarian recipes and also recipes with more
than the allowed "a few drops" of oil (such as toasted sesame oil) for
flavor.  I'm wondering if Michelle is still sending out the FAQ when people
join fatfree veg. It seems like a lot of people have been confused lately
about list rules and purpose.

This list is for discussion about very lowfat vegetarian eating and cooking.
For this list, "very low fat" indicates diets with less than 15 percent of
calories as fat and "vegetarian includes milk, eggs, and honey but excludes
all meat, fish, and poultry."
