What does one use for butter? Is there a non-dairy or soy substitute?
Whatever happened to the corn substitutes? Please make recommendations.
I have come across "I can't believe it's not butter" brand of fat-free
butter. It has a very good taste, isn't as expense as promise, and works
well in cooking and baking products. Hope this helps.
