Sloooooww!

It is very slow, I don't usually post because I'm from England and a lot of
the ingredients used on here are unfamilier ( how is that spelled??!!) to me,
but I do get some that I can use - if  (all you US people)  I see something
I'm unfamiler(!) with can I just email you for a detailed description?? LOL.
For instance - what in hell is liquid smoke?? It sounds like something you
would use in a bomb! And is Cilantro what I would call Coriander?
