a breakfast idea

One of my favorites -

1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese, 
1 container (8oz) fat free pina colada yogurt
( or any flavor you really like )
1/2 cup juice or rice or soy milk
Blend in a blender with ice until as thick as desired.
At end stir in 1/4 cup grapenuts or dry oats or cereal of your choice.
this is sooooooo delicious, and very filling too !
