start with a omelet of butter beans, onion, frozen vegs, crumbled tofu,
favorite seasonings. ffree egg substitute of course. cooks in a jiffy. 
follow with oatmeal and wheat toast and fruit. oatmeal can be fortfied
with protein powder, wheat germ, raisens--  make a batch up ahead of
time. that'll start your day.
