A good breakfast that I have sometimes is to have a bowl of fatfree cottage
cheese or plain yogurt. Sometimes I'll put fresh bananas or strawberries
in. Mixing fatfree flavored yogurt in with the cottage cheese is also good!

Does anyone have any suggestions for breakfast? I'm stumped for something
different! Whatever it is, it should be very low in salt and sugar.
