My husband surprised me with a trip to the Heartland Spa in Gillman Illinois.
For dessert one night they made a frozen banana "ice cream". All they did
was freeze a banana and then mashed it up in a juicer. I am going to try it
using a blender. Then they froze it again and served it like a scoop of ice
cream with a "fudge" topping and chopped walnuts. The topping was excellent.
