Fellow Listers,
I tried TVP for the first time last night and found it to be wonderful!
I reconstituted it in vegetable broth and cooked it in a tomato sauce.
My entire family ate it up. In fact, my son (age 6) had thirds! It's
definitely going into my repertoire.
