my favorite way to prepair these mushrooms is to either bake them in a pan
with a lite marinade or "fry" them using soy sauce and thier natural juices
instead of any oil. the only concern ther is how much sodium soy sauces
usually have. i don't mind but some might.
you can also slice them, marinade them, and heat them up and serve them
over a bed of rice. their good in pasta too but i prefer to eat them all by
themselves as the main dish with rice and veggies on the side.
