Black Bean Sauce

I don't remember who was asking about black bean sauce, but here's what I
found in a vegetarian cookbook

2 Tbsp fermented black beans
2 Tbsp apricot or peach jam
1 large garlic clove, peeled
1 thin slice fresh ginger
2 tsp Szechuan hot sauce

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until garlic and
ginger are finely chopped.
