homemade soy milk

Some recipes had been posted recently for homemade soymilk using only
soaked soybeans. Even though the little buggers themselves are VERY tasty
AND dang nutritiuos too, they are (sigh) rather high in fat. Anyone know
the nutritional breakdown for homemade soymilk, ie is the fat skimmed,
boiled, or otherwise somehow strained off??

TIA
