sure - it would be easy...just substitute egg beaters for the eggs and
use skim milk for ALL, including the half and half. I would probably
use 1/2 cut less milk to keep the liquids even - So I'd use 3 1/4 cups
skim milk total. Also, if you don't want it too rich, cut the sugar and
only use 1 cup - it's plenty and you can use ff cool whip on top for
yummy "rich "taste...it's basically my
recipe that I altered years ago!
