Nice to see my recipes dusted off and on the list, glad you enjoy them, Don.
I will be using them this year again, too. Happy holiday blessings to us

Sad note, the vegetarian inn in the Poconos I referred to in the post about
the recipes is no more, well it is still there, but under new owners and new
name and no longer vegetarian, so sad.
