I think your blood sugar is falling and that's why you are feeling the binge
1. Eat a piece of fruit (even half a piece) and drink a glass of water a few
mins. before binge time usually happens.
2. Maybe dinner isn't staying with you long enough because you are not
eating *mixed* whole grains. Go to your local health food store and check
out the whole grains aisle. See what they have, buy one of everything and
start adding them to your well balanced dinner.
