i love granola in my yogart but it always seems to have tons of fat and
billions of calories- even the low fat kinds. i found a great recipe that
is really simple and fast to make your own. take oatmeal(i use instant
because that's all i have)but whole should be better- mix it with maple
syrup and cinnamon or with honey or molasses and spread on a cooking pan or
sheet. put into the oven and tost until hard and brown. it's delicous and
you can mix it with dried fruit and whatever else you like- not to mention
it has half the calories of regular and barely any fat- the oatmeal has a
little already.
