My sweet husband found a "great" deal on carrots and pound a few pounds
for us. Of course, he forgot that we are leaving town tomorrow and will
be gone for 5days. What is the best way to store these as to keep them
fresh for a longer-than-normal period of time. I usually eat them raw
w/in 3-4days of their purchase.
