I invented this one.  Write and tell me what you think.

Chard with hot vinaigrette (to be served over rice, so have some ready)

1 lb. swiss chard
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper

Do both steps concurrently.

1. Wilt the chard be washing them and heating them in a pot (don't add extra 
water, the droplets from washing are enough).

2. In a saucepan, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.  Keep whisking 
over med-low heat for 5 minutes.  DO NOT BOIL.  

Serve chard over rice (and beans).  Spoon vinaigrette on top.
