I recently bought a bag of miso. This was the first time I purchased this,
it came in two colors one white and the other light brown I bought the
light brown one. After opening it I put it in a plastic container with a
lid and put it in the frig. I`m wondering how long this keeps...I have used
this in stir fry and put it in some soup broth. Any other uses would be
appreciated...
