My sister has Rosacea so I pay attention to any references I see or hear.
The latest was right here on fatfree! Someone mentioned that bananas can
aggravate the condition. I have passed this on to my sister, but it is too
soon to tell if omitting bananas from her diet has helped (she had been
eating them on a regular basis). She takes oral antibiotics whenever she
has a bad flare-up and it helps. She also uses a dermatologist-recommended
over-the-counter cleanser and moisturizer. Perhaps a good pharmacist could
also advise on this topic.
