BLACK BEAN & CORN RELISH

Robert Brinkley's black bean & corn relish sounds good.

I make it real, real simple:  One can of rinsed & drained black beans,
about a cup of frozen/fresh corn kernels, some chopped up red onion, and
the juice from a lime.

Mix it up & refrigerate for a while.  Couldn't be much easier!
