For Lauri who wants to microwave bread.
I've never tried it but did some research and the consensus seems to be
that you may need a slight increase in sh**t**ing to adapt yeast doughs for
microwaving. I can send you, privately, a recipe for whole wheat bread but
it's not suitable for this list. Just let me know if you want it.
