Unidentified subject!

don't you guys get Marmite or vegemite over there?  I assume that is whatyou
are trying to make.
To Gloriamarie, I gave up cheese 2 years ago, and found that pretty easy.  it
is the other dairy that is the problem...milk, yoghurt...
