Canning baby food...

To the person asking about canning baby food -- There are basically two
types of canning: 1. boiling water canner 2. pressure cooker. Acidic
foods are canned in a boiling water canner (pickles, fruits, etc.).
Non-acidic foods (vegetables, m**ts) are processed in a pressure cooker.
You would need to do your baby food in a pressure cooker. Unfortunately,
all pressure cookers are different, so there are no common/general
recipes I can recommend. If you don't have a pressure cooker, but decide
to buy one, make sure there are recipes for canning, or write to the
manufacturer to get some. Even still, you may have to experiment. Good
