There's a great mustard by Cajun's Choice called Creole Mustard.
It's got the coarse ground seeds like in a country-dijon. And like the label
says, it's got "more flavor than heat" so you needn't worry about the Cajun
part.
Our market for some reason has it by the tartar sauce in the f*sh section.
