Who makes the best veggiburger and the best "rella" cheese.

So far I have found the Amy's Kitchen "Chicago" to be excellent
smoked and served with BBQ sauce.  It's flavor and texture is very
simular to a high quality burger.  Any other suggestions?

The healthy choice "fat free" cheeses are also "taste free", and
perform more like kibble than cheese (ie: melting?)  Is the hemp 
stuff any good? How about some of the other soy based cheeses?
Which ones taste best and perform like a cheese?
