RE: Recommended non-stick pan?

Hi!

Sorry for such a late response on this (a little late for the Gift
List I'm afraid :-( )...I've been on vacation for the past 1.5 weeks.
Boy did I miss CA produce!

Anyway, the non-stick pans that I had recommended were Scanpan 2001.
Information about them can be found at:

http://www.21stcook.com/scanpan.htm

Actually, I just ordered the 11 piece set today. Along with that I'm
getting a kitchen aid mixer and I recieved a pizza stone and pasta maker
for gifts. Can you guess what I'm going to spend lots of time doing in
January? :-)

BTW, it's difficult to find these pans in the store. What I did was
ordered the smallest fry pan which is only $30 to try it out. I figured
if I didn't like it that wasn't a lot of money. As it ends up I love
the stuff and can't wait to get my set!

Let me know if you try them out.

Jessica
