Re: Cookery Books

I'm not familiar with the books you listed other than Eat More, Weigh Less
by Ornish. Two of my favorites are 500 Fat-Free Recipes by Sarah
Schlensinger (all vegetarian, includes dairy) and Everyday Cooking with Dean
Ornish. His Eat More, Weigh Less is also good, but not only a recipe book if
that's what you're looking for.

I have the new McDougall cookbook and really like it - best of the
McDougalls IMHO.

Primary difference between McDougall and Ornish - McDougall omits all
animal-based products, Ornish includes nonfat dairy products and egg whites.
