Regarding the fatfree salad dressing in packets:
Check the salad bar at the grocery stores. A number of them sell the
dressing separately in packets. The ones here have several choices of
fatfree. Perhaps they'll even order a case for you if you check with
the customer service area.
I haven't found the Weight Watcher's packets in ages, but be sure to
check the ingredients. I know the caesar dressing used to contain
anchovy paste.
If you have access to Tupperware and don't mind carrying your own,
the tiny "kit kat cups" are perfect for carrying a salad's worth of
dressing.
