waters and pots

Minnesota Jo:
Rose water and orange blossom water would be available at a
Mediterranean or Middle-Eastern grocery store, or in the international
section of a well-stocked supermarket. They are very fragrant so don't
be surprised if your food smells a little like potpourri (but a nice
mild one :). I hear that they are also very nice to add to bath water.

Zoe:
There are crockpot cookbooks available. They usually have a good
introduction section on how to use it. I think ours is one of those
thin Sunset magazine cookbooks that go on sale for $4 occasionally. You
could also probably write to Sunbeam or whoever made your crockpot for a
manual.
