   To get the spices (garlic powder, nutritional yeast, paprika, whatever) 
to stick to air popped popcorn, use a pump spray bottle to spritz it with 
tamari or Bragg's Liquid Aminos. (This also adds salt.) The popcorn is 
too hot to remain soggy, but you've got to sprinkle on the spices right 
away.  It's ff and it works ::9.
