In response to the question about purchasing Oatrim:  I buy Oatrim from King 
Arthur's Flour catalog and find it to be an excellent fat substitute in baked 
goods (cookies, brownies, etc.).  It gets mixed with water to form a gooey 
paste, and then substitued 1:1 for the fat.  The catalog provides instructions
and sample recipes, all of which turned out great.  E-mail me if you would
