RE: fatfree hummus

I know you can buy it at Wild Oats Food Stores. Trader Joe's has a low fat
hummus, but still too fatty for me. Below is a recipe, if you want to make
your own.

Fat-Free Hummus

2 cups cooked garbanzos partially drained (not too dry)
1 whole roasted red pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
2-4 cloves garlic
Puree all in the food processor. Serve on toasted pitas or with fatfree
pretzels or crackers.
