3 large green bellpeppers (diced)
1/2 bunch green onion leaves chopped finely
Green onion tops sliced
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 pack noodles cooked and drained
Saute the bell peppers, onion tops and a little bit of the green onion
leaves with the corn starch in light cooking oil spray. Add water to the
mix and cook till the bellpepper is soft. Puree the bellpepper mix well.
Pour into a stockpot alongwith some non-fat milk and bring to a boil. Add
salt, cooked noodles and green onion leaves before serving. Add crushed
blackpepper if desired.
