Re: Pioneer Biscuit Mix

I was inspired by several recent postings to search the web for a site that sells
Pioneer Biscuit Mix. Instead my google search turned up several additional
postings to the fatfree list, including this one:

http://www.fatfree.com/archive/2001/sep/msg00000.html

which contains a recipe for a substitute homemade ff biscuit mix. Here's the recipe
that's in the above posting:

 HOMEMADE FATFREE BAKING MIX

 3 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
 1/2 cup sugar
 1 cup nonfat dry milk
 1/2 cup cornstarch
 1 TAB baking powder
 1 tsp. baking soda
 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together. You will need to tightly cover and store. I would also stir
before using."
