Unidentified subject!

Firstly regarding the rhubarb:

I serve at safeway in australia and one of the customers bought it there. It was just fresh in sticks, nothing added to it.

Secondly regarding the fiber:
I know that the way i get fiber is with UNPROCESSED BRAN. it is very low in carbs and fat and can be easily mixed into lost of dishes. I find it good to add to milkshakes and sprinkled on top of oast and cerials.
