Chicken Parmigan

I always yearned for a chicken parmesan dish.

Gardenburger now makes a soy protein Grilled Chicken (it has minimal fat).

I grill both sides in a saute pan for a few minutes, then cover cutlet with 
cubed no fat mozzarella cheese, pour no fat pasta sauce over that and cover. 
I let that cook until the cheese melts.

It's delicious.
