You should be able to order it from Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble. And check
www.healthy-eating.com. I think I saw it there.
I checked with Kraft about 3 years ago. At that time, the only cheese they
made that still uses animal rennet is the cheddar. They told me the others
are made using vegetable rennet. I may even have the email from them saved
on my home computer. I'll try to remember to look for it.
