Re: Marinate for Veggie Kabobs

Mince in food processor:
	2 cloves garlic
Add and process 5 seconds:
	1/2 cup vegetable stock or juice
	1/4 cup red or other wine
	1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
	1/4 teaspoon salt
	1/4 teaspoon sugar
	1/4 teaspoon  nonfat butter flavor product like Butterbuds
	1/2 teaspoon dried basil
	1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
	1/2 t liquid smoke flavor
	Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Marinate vegetables at room temperature for 8 hours
3/4 cup marinade, plenty for kabobs for two
