RE: Fried Noodles

Yep, Ramen noodles are fried. They are flash (deep?) fried before they are
packaged. Good to know there are unfried alternatives.

Raman noodles are fried??! Everyone on this list, but me, seems to know
about this. What is meant by 'fried'? Does this mean 'boiled in oil'
fried, or 'laid out on a greasy griddle' fried, or what? How are Raman
noodles fried? Are other forms of 'pasta' also fried?
