soy custard


if you are living in india, it is very tough to get soy milk. you can get it in singapore. nestle has a soy milk powder, very good. but if you are very keen, you may soak soy whole over night. next day grind it with some water and strain it in a muslin cloth. ah ha you got soy milk. it boils well. add well beaten eggs and boil in gentle flame. cool and add sugar or sugar substitute, essence etc. chills well
