I recently had a delicious Egyptian Lentil Rice Salad at the cafeteria
at work. Does anyone have a recipe for this? Or perhaps someone could
suggest what spices would most likely be used. It kind of looked and
tasted like thyme, but I have no idea what made it moist. Besides the
rice and lentils there were chopped raw veggies - peppers, zucchini and
yellow squash, onions, etc. Thanks!
