Umesauce:
1/4 c Umepasta
1/4 c Ricemalt
3 tbsp Appleconcentrate
1 tbsp Lemonjuice or Orangejuice
Water
mix all ingredients and add as much water to get the desired consistence
goes well with blanched carrots, daikon, broccoli
