I don't know how I would live without my steamer! Often I just savor the
taste of the veggies, but when I want some extra flavor I'll experiment.
Balsamic vinegar is a favorite on summer squash, zucchini, carrots, or
cauliflower. Watered down miso, vegetarian brown gravy, Braggs amino acids,
and Teriyaki sauce are also good. As an additional sprinkle, try fat free
parmesan, Mrs. Dash's Lemon Pepper seasoning, Vegit's herbs and spices blend
(like Spike), garlic powder, and fresh pepper.
