I have a Tabouli Recipe from DR McDougals Cookbook
1cup bulghur
2cups boiling water
1/2cup fresh lemon juice
1/2cup chopped fresh mint
1 cup fresh parsley1/2cup chopped scallion
2tsp minced garlic
1tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tomatoes chopped
1cup cooked garbazo beans

Put the bulghur in a mixingbowl pour boiling water over it cover with a towel 
& let stand for 1 hour. 
Strain in fine mesh strainer pressing as much water out as possible. Place 
drained bulghur in bowl add remaining ingredients toss well to mix cover & 
refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.  
I have not tried this yet.
